Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order under the rules that apply where you live. If you cannot legally enter into a purchase contract, a parent, guardian or other responsible adult should place the order.

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not use the store for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, malicious software, unauthorised access or deliberately false reviews. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has used it without permission.

Product information and skincare use

We aim to provide clear and accurate descriptions, prices, ingredient information, product sizes and directions before you buy. Images and descriptions must fairly represent the product supplied; differences in screen colour do not justify sending a materially different product.

Follow the directions and warnings on the final product packaging, review the ingredient list and patch-test where the product directions recommend it. Do not assume every mask is suitable for overnight use. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek suitable professional advice when needed.

Our cosmetic products are not offered as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and we do not promise a particular result for every person. This statement does not excuse inaccurate claims, unsafe products, defects or goods that do not match their description.

Placing an order

Before payment, you should be able to review the items, quantities, delivery destination and total price. Unavailable products cannot be ordered.

Your order is confirmed when we send an order-confirmation email. Keep the confirmation and a copy of the terms available when you ordered. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we will contact you promptly, explain the issue and refund the unfulfilled items and any related charges you are entitled to recover.

We will not replace a product with a materially different item, change an agreed price or impose new conditions on an existing order without your agreement. If a genuine pricing or listing error is identified, we will explain it and offer a fair choice rather than charge an additional amount without permission.

Prices, currencies and payments

Product prices and any clearly disclosed promotion apply as shown when you place the order. The checkout must show the currency and the total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you authorise payment.

Prices and shipping charges are shown in US dollars (USD). If your bank or payment provider converts a transaction, its exchange rate or fees may affect the amount on your statement; contact the provider if you need information about its charges.

Use a payment method offered at checkout and which you are authorised to use. We will not add undisclosed charges, use inflated reference prices to invent a discount, or enrol you in a recurring charge without clear information and your agreement.

Delivery and import charges

Free Standard shipping with no minimum order applies to supported delivery addresses in the USA, Canada and UK. Other supported destinations have paid delivery rates, and unlisted countries require an availability and shipping quote before an order is accepted.

Our fulfilment partner handles customs duties and import charges for the USA, Canada and UK. Any applicable sales tax or VAT charged by C.V.C is shown before payment; the arrangement for import charges does not mean every checkout tax is zero.

The destination-specific delivery information and delay process are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates do not remove cancellation or refund rights when an order is late or not delivered. We remain your point of contact and will not use a fulfilment or carrier investigation to postpone a remedy that is already due.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our voluntary return offer allows customers to request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused, with genuine hygiene seals intact; customers normally pay change-of-mind return postage, while C.V.C covers reasonable necessary costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

The Return & Refund Policy explains the return process, hygiene restrictions, refund method and additional customer rights. It includes package-based return instructions and support by email; an address printed on a dispatch label should not be assumed to be the approved return address.

Nothing in these terms makes our voluntary 30-day offer a deadline for every legal claim. We will not impose a restocking fee, force store credit where a monetary refund is due, or deduct an invented outbound free-shipping charge from an eligible refund.

Your consumer rights

These terms and our other policies are intended to operate alongside the mandatory protections that apply to your purchase in the USA, Canada, UK or another applicable jurisdiction. They do not take away rights relating to goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described or not delivered.

Where a mandatory right is more favourable than a voluntary store policy, the mandatory right takes priority. UK customers can find information about online cancellation rights in GOV.UK's returns guidance; Canadian customers should also consider the rules of their province or territory, as explained by the Office of Consumer Affairs.

Our responsibility when something goes wrong

We are responsible for meeting our obligations to you and for remedies and losses for which the law makes us responsible. We do not exclude responsibility for our own failure simply because a fulfilment partner, carrier, payment service or other partner helped us provide the order.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, fraudulent statements, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective or unsafe products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. There is no blanket “all sales at your own risk” clause or automatic cap limiting every claim to the product's purchase price.

Where a loss was not caused by a breach or other conduct for which we are responsible, we may not be legally required to compensate it. The applicable law and the circumstances determine your rights, not a general disclaimer that every website use is “as is”.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise available privacy choices. These terms do not replace consent or another lawful basis where one is required for marketing, cookies or another use of personal information.

We use Shopify and other service providers to operate the store. An independent website linked from our site may have its own terms and privacy notice; this does not remove our responsibilities for the service or product we sell to you.

Content, intellectual property and reviews

The site's original brand content belongs to C.V.C or its respective rights holders. You may use the site for ordinary personal shopping and keep copies of order information and policies; nothing here removes a lawful right to criticism, quotation, fair use or other permitted use.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and should not contain unlawful material or private information about another person. You retain ownership of your review, and we will not penalise an honest negative review or require you to transfer its copyright to us; these safeguards reflect FTC guidance on the Consumer Review Fairness Act.

If we display a review you submit for publication, we use it for that purpose without claiming ownership. Any separate use of a customer's image, private message or testimonial in advertising requires appropriate permission and must not misrepresent that person's experience.

Complaints and disputes

Please email hello@cozyvibesco.com with your order number, a description of the issue and any helpful information. We will review the complaint and work with you towards an appropriate resolution.

Contacting us does not remove a lawful right to approach a payment provider, consumer authority or court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an exclusive foreign court or a requirement to abandon a complaint as a condition of obtaining a refund.

The law and courts applicable to a dispute will be determined under the rules that apply to the purchase. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to use a local court are preserved; C.V.C's location alone is not used to strip you of those protections.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders when our services, business details or legal requirements change. We will identify the revised version and effective date and give any notice required by law.

A later website update does not retrospectively remove rights or change the agreed price, product or protections for an order already placed. If a change to an existing order is necessary, we will explain it and seek any agreement required rather than treat continued website browsing as consent.
