At Cozy Vibes Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Refund Process:
1. Request a return authorization by contacting us at cozyvibesco10@gmail.com or through our website.
2. Use the return label provided.
3. Return the item(s) to us within 30 days.
4. Once received, inspect and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details:
- Full refund for the item price and original shipping cost (if refunded).
- Refunds exclude shipping costs (unless defective/incorrect item).
- Expect 5-7 business days for refund processing.
Exchanges:
- We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, process a return and place a new order.
- Use a discount code (if applicable) on your new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
- We'll provide a prepaid return label and process a refund or replacement.
Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

Returns & Cancellation Policy — EU Customers
Your Right to Cancel (EU Cooling-Off Period)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at cozyvibesco10@gmail.com or through our contact page at cozyvibesco.com/pages/contact.
Important Exception — Custom Print-on-Demand Items
Please note that because our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under EU law (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive). This applies to all Cozy Vibes Co. items as they are printed on demand upon purchase.
Cancellations Before Production
If you wish to cancel your order before it enters production (typically within 24 hours of purchase), contact us immediately at cozyvibesco10@gmail.com. We will do our best to cancel and issue a full refund, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under EU law regardless of the print-on-demand exemption. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice or confirmation of the issue. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
